Insurance coverage is subject to formal underwriting approval by Farmers Insurance Exchange and/or its affiliated insurance entities. A policy or temporary insurance binder becomes effective only upon formal carrier acceptance and written confirmation delivered by licensed Agent Sajjad "Sam" Qureshi.

Final premium rates, eligibility, and policy endorsements are determined strictly by carrier underwriting rating algorithms following official verification of motor vehicle reports (MVR), Comprehensive Loss Underwriting Exchange (C.L.U.E.) reports, property inspection reviews, and credit-based insurance scores where permitted by Michigan law.
Qureshi Insurance Agency, LLC and Babylon Realty (Qureshi Real Estate Agency LLC) are separate and distinct business entities. In accordance with Section 8 of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), 12 U.S.C. § 2607:
No consumer is required, conditioned, or obligated to obtain insurance through Qureshi Insurance Agency / Farmers Insurance to retain real estate services from Babylon Realty.
